LS/Vtec or LS Turbo? which is best

Which is the better one for the money? performance, last longer, etc.? Is ls vtec smog legal? need suggestions, thx in advance!!

this link shows how to build ls vtec. so your saying ls vtec is better than a turbo installed. i still need to know if ls vtec if done right will be smog legal b4 making my choice! thx.

yes it is, if you go turbo that would be better for hp but you will not pass smog ems.

ls vtec needs a good builder and has a shitty R/S when your done.

LS has a crappy RS but boosting will gain more and be safer
