I put on a new alternator but still no charge so I took it back off and had it checked and it was putting out 110 amps. I put it back on but still no charge getting to battery so I checked for fire in the bottom plug and that was ok. Next I checked for the fusable link going from back side of alternator to battery but it still had had current when I checked it. Is there some sort of relay or something that is preventing the charge from getting to the battery? Help, while I still have a few hairs left.

Sounds like you've got a bad ground. Check your cables for rusted or corroded connections. Also check your connections at the battery. Down in the lower part of the engine bay is the engine ground strap. If it is corroded or frayed replace it.
Have you checked all the fuses in the engine bay block?

Exactly how are you checking the charge? As Bayouwolf says, bad cables/ground will cause this. How is the battery itself? Have you checked it as well?
