muffler recomendation

so... I just bought a civic (96 DX) about a month back, and its about time to empty da ole bank account.

I'm looking for some feedback and suggestions on mufflers. I'm looking for something very loud, but not at the same time, deep sounding. I've been looking at the DynoMax race mufflers (bullet), but they don't have a soundbite on the sound, and it seems like that would decrease performance since its a straight through with no chambers.

Any suggestions and recomendations would be appreciated, and please try to keep the flaming to a minimum, as I have already searched the forums.

BTW, car in da sig is my baby. '86 300zx NA with cold air intake, ACP muffler, car bra, tinted windows, sound system, and a slipping tranny.

Removing the resonator constitutes a loud, obnoxious, raspy sound.... instead, using a large chamber resonator will give you a deeper, non-bumble bee sound, but still be loud.... as far as what muffler to use.. any straight through muffler design should be suitable
