Electric windows

It's a 97 f-150. Last Friday we had about 14 inches of rain in a 24 hour period. The next day I got into the truck and now the electric window do not work and I have a flashing airbag light. I checked the fuses, all of them check good. I started troubleshooting the system through the Haynes manual, but the wiring diagram is that accurate ( the wire colors aren't the same. What I would like to know, is there a common problem with this or is there some place to go to get a better wiring diagram?
