97 galant my key does not turn the tumbler it does not move at all im trying to find out how to unlock the steering wheel because it runs goes into gear but steering wheel wont budge as well as the tumbler

Im confused as to what your asking. Are you saying the car doesnt start or the steering wheel wont unlock.
