Only custer isn't lighting...

OK, so I thought my entire interior dimmer lights weren't working, but I was wrong, it's ONLY my gauge cluster. Anyone have any suggestions? I really really don't want to pull the cluster out, it's a big pain. If there's something different wrong, I'm hoping I can fix it without removing the cluster.
