compressor hold relay switch

Ive had critical problems with my 1995 Aurora a/c system. I have had the compressor replaced twice at the dealer, the head control unit in the car replaced and I the car still wont blow cold air. My friend suggested if the car has a compressor hold relay switch this might help. Is this a possible remedy for my car. And if so where is it located?
