Where does this wire go!??! (98 Rodeo 2.2)

I'll try to make this short....

I stripped the engine down to the block to replace the head gasket. After re-assembly...I have one "Mystery Wire" that I am not sure where it hooks up.

At the back of the engine, right up against the firewall...there is a yellow/black wire with a small metal connector at the end of it. This sound familiar to anyone?

Other things to note... when turn the key to "on" position, the Radiator Fan starts up right away (wierd huh). The engine cranks, but won't start (sounds like a fuel issue). Anyways...is there a temperature sending unit back there that I am not seeing that might be telling the computer to turn the fan on and shut the fuel off?

You aren't going to find very many folks here that have had to rebuild their engines, but we do have an inhouse Isuzu tech, so we will see.

and you have a 2.2L which are rare.... on this board.
