Pulling a 7.3L diesel Engine

I was wondering if anyone knew the easiest way to pull a 7.3L engine out of a 91 F250.
Where would the easiest place to take it out from, before the Transmission, or right before the Transfer Case.
Can anyone Help.

Oh I would definately LEAVE the transmission in.
