Catalytic Converter help

What are the differences between a Turbo Cat and a non turbo Cat for a 98 Eclipse RS? I am trying to help an uncle out and he has a 98 Eclipse non turbo, He is thinking of putting on a turbo kit from Hahn race craft. He would like to change out his stock cat. Should he get a cat for a Turbo such as this.
