newby engine question

so im not very machanicly inclined, and im learin slowly about how to put work into my 4g hb from u guys, thanks. i dont know if i saw this, but can u put a vtec head on a stock 88dx?

ya its an awsome swap as buddy said' its a mini me swap im doin it this weekend into my 1990 dx..an if u want to do this by urself u best be buyin a haynes manual for your car, its all pretty easy once u read up alot an ask alot of questions but ya its a pretty cool swap fro a beginner lol thats were im starting.my first real swap,but let us no wuts goin on ! be good

how much is a v tech head and were can i find one? do i need to do the mpfi swap too or can that wait?
what kinda of gains can come from this basic swap?
