introduction

Well first of all, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Matt, I'm 22 and I live in Indiana. I frequent the C/K & Silverado forum. I am a firefighter and operator of our towns wastewater treatment plant.
That being said here we go!

I just bought a frame, 1979 Harley Davidson Sportster. I am really just looking to see if anyone has any parts or anything just laying around, or that are new or whatever and would like to part with them at a reasonable price. Unfortunately when I bought this bike of my neighbor he didn't know that alot of parts on the 79 are 79 only parts. Oh well...


Oh I am helping my neighbor build his new 2005 Harley Softail. He just got his Evo 1340 in and a used Evo 1200. I am really looking forward to building this thing. I already have the front fender, seat, oil tank, tires (no wheels though) and a set of handle bars. I also possibly have a triple tree that will fit.
