Pulling/jerking when accelerating??

My question is I have a 2004 GT and got a supercharger put in...runs great and I love it but it's almost kind of hard to control. I'm a very new member and really know nothing about cars, well what I hear. I've heard of some cross bars or something like that. Does anyone know what I can get to stabilize my ride?

It could be wheel hop.

Maybe some motormounts for deyeme racing. Everyone who has them say that they love them and they were the best mod for their car. Especially with a supercharger, this is a must have.

BTW, i'm not trying to sell a product, i am just recommending them.

Prothane Motor Mounts are much better. Go to the drags, or any autocross, and thats what their using. Their the stiffest around.

If it happens directly after you shift and hammer on the throttle then its probably torque steer. This is the problem with high powered front wheel drive cars. If it is this, the only way to lessen the effect is to get a limited slip differential either made by Quaife or Kaaz. Of these two go with the Quaife since it uses interlocking gears that will not wear out. It also has a lifetime warranty that includes wear induced by racing so no matter what happens you're covered. The Kaaz is also good but it uses clutch packs that can wear over time and you also have to change the tranny fluid on a scheduled basis. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the help!! It happens when I shift from first to second and or when I'm accelerating in first gear. The wheel hop is a pain and doesn't seem like it's a good thing for the car so I try not to smoke the tires. I just don't feel in control of the car when it pulls through shifting like it does. But I will look into engine mounts and slip dif. I was reading about what you guys were talking about dynos. HOw long does that take and do I just do a search on google to find one in Chicago?

the engine mounts will cure the wheel hop and the LSD will somewhat cure the torque steer.

yes you can search google for dynos. just do a search for 'dyno+chicago' or 'dyno+illinois'
