Does anyone have the specific drive cycle information to acquire a run complete of the OBD II monitiors after DTC codes have been cleared?

You will probably have to drive it
for ten to fifteen mins over 45 mph. That should set all the readiness monitors.

Its been driven that far and more. I have three monitors that have not competed readiness. O2, catalytic, & EGR. There are no DTC's or pending DTC's. The system is going to closed loop and all four O2 sensors seem to be working. All of the O2 sensors were replaced in the last 15 to 20,000 miles.

You will have to call up chrysler. They would know. Thats what we did when we had a 300m that we couldn't get to ready mode. Are you sure the parts are right? Are the sensors in the right spots? Also check it for codes, you might have some.
