What Color ?

I am getting my Eclipse a paint job in 2 days. What color do you think I should make it ? Its red now, I was thinking of keeping red or making it green ?

cobalt blue looks sic as hell...i like gloss black too. it's mainly up to you, though...what do you think would look best?

pearl blue a kid at my school has a 3rd gen eclipse (Yuck) but the color is pretty as hell it looks realy good.

I was say something like the new Corvette Blue, or BMW Blue.

If you change the color, are you going to pay the extra to get the engine bay? door jams? all the other little places? I vote black or a nice blue that eclipses dont have.

you should get some pictures. i've never seen a chromed vehicle in all my years. i bet it looks awesome and it's probably blinding as hell and hard to keep clean and scratchless. try and get some pictures for us too. :grinyes:

a chrome vehicle? meaning the ENTIRE vehicle is shiny chrome?? I personally think that would look....i dont know, but id like to see it. any pics?

i think candy apple red (dark shade) or dark yellow, as far as new paint goes.

i honestly don't like kameleon colors on cars. i had it on my racing gokart but other than that i think it's too much for a car.

if it were me I would say black, white, or blueish-silver

that's fuckin awesome, it looks like it's not even painted but if you look close, you actually see the reflection.

That chromed car is savage. I'm getting my car painted sometime this year, been looking at hok and others. Mitsubishi has some pretty sweet colors, which would be kinda fitting for a dsm.

After looking at how expensive it is to get a car painted, and how complicated it looks to do myself, I think I'm gonna paint mine flat black. Like a stealth jet. More like a ghetto solution, heh.

I started the 97 conversion on my 96 two weeks ago. Parts come off and go on as I get the money. Right now I'm trying to break the record for the longest time a car has been up on jacks :)

I would have to say metallic black or a nice midnight blue.... the only thing that sucks about darker colors is dirt shows up bad....
Chameleon colors would be cool as a lower color... like from the bottom of the door down but not the whole car...
