95 Talon ABS and washer light on - how to disable?

I have a 95 eagle talon with Anti-lock brakes.
Both the washerfluid warning light and the ABS warning light are constantly on while the car is running (although the ABS light will stay off for a little bit every now and then). I took it in to get fixed and was told that to fix the ABS light - it may be the relay is hooped - but they dont know for sure and it would cost a substantial amount for a new relay - which may not even be the problem.
My question is - is there anyway to simply disable these lights on the dash? And if so - where are the relay's for the ABS and washer fluid located and how would I do it?
I'm not much of a car guy and cannot afford to fork out the money needed for the dealership to fix these. Please help!

the washerfluid light, just fill the resivoir with fluid. you can check abs lights with a scan tool and see exactly what is causing the problem. it will tell you if it's a wheel sensor and if it is what wheel it's on or if it's something else, it will narrow it down to almost the direct problem.

The thing is - I dont have a scan tool, nor do I even know what a Scan tool is or where to get one - or even how to hook it up.
Is there any way I can just disable the light - like just take the light out? If so, how would I go about doing that? Would I have to take the dash apaert?

It wouldn't be very wise to just '"take out the lights". A scan tool is a device used to scan your OBD-II system. Your On Board Diagnostics system. Anyway, Autozone can do this for you, for free. You ask, and they will come out to your car, hook their scan tool up to your port, which is a trapezoid looking thing, and read the code. Obviously it's your abs, but they should be able to tell you exactly what's wrong.
As far as washer fluid, fill it up I would say?

The washer fluid tank is full - I keep it full and use it all the time.
