misfire coilpack A code 0351

I can drive for a week no problem and then it starts misfiring and stalls. I bought a scanner to keep with me to get the code when it quits and its code 0351. I can unhook the pos. cable on the battery for 5 mins and it will start and run fine. I put a new coil on it and it still does it. would it be the ECU or the wiring harness? PLEASE HELP.

By the way its a 96 RS 2.0 non turbo automatic.
