Does anyone know how to....

Install lift shackles? I bought a pair of 2 inch shackles and am not sure if they mount the same as stock ( which doesnt make sense to me due to the fact that the shackles are mounted in an upward position, instead of hanging downward)
Its a 2000 Tundra 2 WD
