WHat's that light called? (86 Regal)

I have an 86 Regal. On each side there is light about 1 1/2 feet back from the headlights. What is that light called if it even is a light?
If it is a light how do I change the bulb?

Are they on top of the fenders, they might be lamp monitors. They light up to let you know when your headlights are on, and dont light is a headlight bulb is burned out.

Don't know whether or not those were a feature on the regal, but if they're on the fenders, and you can see them while driving, they're lamp monitors.

my headligts work....so are they just reflectors?

no, they're just what i said they are, they let you know your lights are on.

they are about halfway down the fenders
and nothing happens when I turn the lights on
