I accidentaly reversed my battery terminals and must have fried something truck won't start. The ecm B fuse was fried put a new fuse of same amp in and fried imedietly pulled the computer out doesn't look like it's fried don't know if you can tell by looking at it. What should I try next?

You can't tell by looking at it. You should take it to a shop and have them check it out. If it won't communicate with a scan tool, it's shot.

Also, what year is it? I'm parting out a 93-ish S-10 (should work for 84-94, according to an auction listing on e-bay), if you want the computer, I'll pull it out for you. The check engine light was on from the engine overheating, so you will either have to clear the code or live with the light being on

the 1 thing that I really like about top post batteries is the fact that 1 post is larger than the other making this mistake harder

^ the advantages to top post are enought that im doing a swap this summer, they are easyer to clean and have a better contact then side mount

I talked to a shop forman at a chevy dealer he said that I could have fried a wire now its touching something that keeps blowing the fuse cant seem to see anything unless it's inside the wire harness think I need pro help unless some one can point me in the right direction

right direction is simple.....get a FULL wiring diagram and start pulling wire till you find it....use a meter for continuity tests....or take it to a shop.

Make sure the shop you take it to specializes in automotive electronics. There is a shop where I live that is called "UAE - Universial Automotive Electronics". I have had to use them a few times to fix the problems that I could not find. Look for a place like that or maybe even a custom stereo shop.

I personally wouldn't take it to a stereo shop. They are great at installing new things, just not trained to search for problems
