Heres a project I started about 3 weeks ago. All the body work was completed in roughly two weeks. Its about 98% complete, the interior is still a WIP. Modifications include a center drive, inline seating, louvered hood, widebody, custom bodykit, and more. This is curbside mod for now, meaning no engine.

Since I didnt get a pic of the interior before I put it in heres a pic of it in progress. I'd take out the interior but its a pain to take in and out:

I know its a bit aside from the normal stuff that is usually built on here. Even though you may not like the style, try and enjoy it and avoid bashing it because its a show car/"rice".
EDIT: I forgot to mention this isnt a 1/25 RM, its 1/43.
Enjoy.
I cant even imagine what Bob D will say about this one, since my FD had a Microwave for an FMIC.

looks good man. love the "rice" comment......you know you got rice when your muffler displaces more than your engine. i like the center drive idea. a la maclaren f1? keep up the awesome work

Not to bad imo, i liek the custom interrior. Looks like the alpine demo Civic Si. They custom made a centre drive. You MUST get some spacers for the wheels or make some new axels. It looks horrible to me when a car has a widebody but then the wheels are tucked away far fromt he edge of the wheel well. Keep it going!!

I had some deep dishes made for those wheels, but it raised the ride height and made it look like a truck. As it is, its sitting higher than it was in mockup. Im stil working on keeping the wheels tucked, with some wider wheels.

You have awesome skills because the attention to detail is incredible (especially for small scale car!)! I do like the detail and crazy/wild style it has, I think maybe I just feel it would look better on coupe, something longer maybe. Anyway good stuff! I like seeing creativity like this. It gives me motivation to work on my projects. Now, if I can only stop my friends from coming over to play Xbox... LOL!!

Hey mike,
how did u made the deep dishes? There is this tut here:
http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?s=&threadid=107770
I made some wheels for my Z32, and it tured out pretty good. Heres what i think you should do. First, make the deeps using that tut. When i used styrene like he did, it make the wheel wider, so i think it made them about 1 - 1.5 scale inches bigger. Ofcourse adding those inches will make the circumference bigger so you will have to stretch the tires, of get new tires. Streching works fine, thats what i did. Then to make the axels, use hiroboys tut:
http://www.spc.org.uk/tips/supra-rear.html
Make the axels so that the wheels fit like they would under a wide body. Instead of the metal rods, i used coat hangers. You just have to make the hole, for where they fit bigger. If they are male rims then you will have to do slight modding. Hope this helps!!
