Lowering springs

I have a 98 lancer GLXi (4G92) and i wanted to know what was the best product available to give it a 1.5" to 1.75" drop.
I am presently running 195/50-15 and stock Shocks.
I was told to get the Eibach Pro Kit or Sprint Springs , but I just want to be sure this will improve the handling as well as the looks...

you cant go wrong with eibach but if you want some more opinions check out www.miravolutions.com or www.mirageforums.net , most people there have one set or the other so they should be albe to tell you how it handles
