Hi I'm new to this site cause I was big into s10forum.com Evidently it was sold and then shut down tonight so I need a new place to chat. Does anybody know what happened to it? What's the protocol on this site? Is everything to do with the S10 lumped into one forum or are there different areas like for powertrain 2.2 vs. 4.3, suspension, body, etc.?

I have no idea what happened to it, never even heard of it. The protocol here is hyper text transfer protocol (HTTP) lol :) Seriously tho, it's about the same as most other forums. Watch your language, be nice, etc. Don't say anything you wouldn't say to someone while talking in person.
Everything S-10 specific is "lumped" into this forum, but there are generic forums for various vehicle parts.

Welcome to AF, I hope you stick around and learn with us. It's a great place, and almost all of the people here are helpful and friendly.

I went on s10forum.com from time to time but prefer this site. I wouldn't be suprised if you do to soon.

S10forum.com was not sold, nor was it even off line recently... The same guys still run it... That said, I like AF but I also frequent these other boards a lot..
