Your kid f**ked up? Just blame someone else

This shit does'nt really bother me THAT much, but it still bothers me. When a kid fucks up, the parents never realize it was them and try to throw the blame on something else...god forbid they made a mistake rasing a child, they're "good parents".
If a kid plays a "violent video game", and goes and stabs someone, it's not the games fault, it's the parents fault for raising such a stupid kid that gets influences by a video game(one that they're not supposed to even play). Theres parental rating on all games nowadays too, so why the fuck are YOU suprised that 13 year old Johnny has an interest in guns after playing GTA:vice city. The cover of the game clearly shows that it's not for anyone under 18, and after you let you kids play it and hurt themselves with a knife you blame the fuckin game.
And something else I don't understand, why do stupid parents always go on talk shows showing that thier kid is "out of control". they're embarassing themselves on national telivision for WHAT? Attention?!? You ever notice that those "out-of-control" kids never have a dad either? It's always some stupid lady that too stupid to hit thier child and would rather have them smoking ciggaretttet at the age of 13...and I'm not overexagerating this, I've seen it.
Fat women who dress in revealing clothes need to be electrucuted too, why the fuck do they think girls are "jealous" of them when theres nothing to be jealous about...are they in denial of thier weight or something?!?!
Enough ranting, before I get a heartattack.

1. Yeah and people wonder why stuff like Columbine happen all the time. The Parents of today are a bunch of panzies.
2. I've seen stuff like this on talk shows and the mother is crying not knowing what to do. BUST THE KID'S ASS WITH THE BELT!!! It's not that hard and I promise you they won't do it again. If they do then bust them again until they stop. Don't worry because they'll get the message.
3. Don't even get me started on the chubby girls with the big beer guts that think they're God's gift to men.

Some parents are lazy and don't feel like raising their kids so they cave in to their every want and need and buy them X-box and PS2 and buy them whatever game they want or the kid borrows the game from his buddy and that's how it all starts, laziness on the parents part.

i can only agree.
But lots of parents think that if they belt the kid they will be "bad parents" for laying down the law. Its like a smaller version of the death penalty. But not so severe. The goverment can kill people but parents cant punish their kids.

Exactly. I've always had video games, but I enjoyed going outside and being in the sun, being active. My parents always insisted on me being outside playing, do something athletic.
It's always someone else's fault now days. Thanks to all this bullshit political correctness that everyone likes to spew. It couldn't be the individual committing the crime. No way no how. It's tv, movies, music, games, blah blah blah blah blah. How about looking at the kids friends? They like to commit crimes, where are the parents enforcing that their child stay away from these punks? Why are parents backing down and scared of their kids?
I'll tell you why.....
......BECAUSE PARENTS ARE TOO SCARED TO WIPE THEIR OWN BABIES ASS without being accused of sexual abuse of child, or b/c you slap your kids ass with a switch b/c he OR she did something they knew they shouldn't, its injury to a child.....FUCKING SHIT. screw the aclu, screw being pc., fuck all of that shit, its all suppose to help out our society but is being run by a bunch of rabid crazed maniacs who can't simply realize when things are good for something and when other things are good for nothing.

Texas, I couldn't agree with you any better than that. When I was younger, my dad didn't spare the belt, I got my share and then some (I should say my parents b/c my mom beat my ass more than my dad!). If I acted up in a grocery store, my mom didn't hesistate to pop me right there in the store for everyone to see; nowadays, a mother does that crap, and she'll be put in jail for child abuse! That's totally wrong, a parent has the right to discipline their child, though some parents abuse that, but still the government can't tell me how to raise my kids!

That right there is THE MOST effective tool a father will ever have. I'm glad i got my ass whooped when i was younger, cause i think i'd be dead right now if i didnt.
I laughed when i heard kids just had to go to their rooms or something like that... that would of bin heaven for me, and i'd keep doin the bad shit i did if all i had to do was go to my room. But as soon as my dad would catch me with that belt, theres no way in hell i'd do what i did wrong again

What the hell is wrong with you people? Sending kids to thier rooms to play with thier toys/video games is FAR better than kicking thier asses!
:spit: I feel your pain, kids are getting more and more obnoxious thanks to shit-head PC over-liberal parents who wouldn't want to hurt thier precious, then start bawling when the kid rebels "Because they were so good to him/her".
If you care about your kids and want them to succeed in life, give them proper old-fashioned discipline, it's that much more effective, then talk them through what they did wrong and tell them if they do it again, you'll kick thier bums harder.

When i decide to become a father, im gonna have no problem whipping my kids. to do the right thing of course. It works. and the kids who say it doesn't are stuck way to deep in the whole rebelious stage. There no need to impress poeple by dis-respecting your parents. You look like an ass. in most case your parents know whats best for you because they've been there done that. Like me, i be damned if my kids pulled the same shit i did. I should have died with some of the dumb ass stuff i did.
And one more thing. Schools should teach life as it really is and not tell kids all these fairy tales. Thats why alot of people are not prepared for the real world because of how easy parents make things on they kids. Sorry just ranting.....

I got my ass whooped by my dad too when I was growing up. Maybe a little bit too much, but I got the point. I never had the balls to disrespect my dad, not to his face at least. And when I was growing up and saw kids with lazy parents who never payed much attention to what they were doing, I was jealous, but now I realize they were problem children, and they're lucky if they have any sense of reality. There needs to be some waking up by the government to teach these parents who blame everything on everyone else, that hey... if your kid is fucking up, then you are going to be punished as well. You are definitely right that a kid with a proper upbringing can not be influenced enough by video games to go and hurt people.

I used to get "spanked" on an almost daily basis (funny how I can't remember what for !!), but by being disciplined as a child, I know the meaning of responsiblities, right and wrong, and also respect. That's what I was taught.
There was a rule in my house that when you get the strap at school, you get the strap at home. That happened to me ONCE and ONCE ONLY. I got the strap in elementry school for something and I was scared shitless waiting for my father to come home from work. That was the longest 2 hours of my life !!!
Children today have no idea what is right or wrong, the meaning of respect, etc. They know they can do whatever they want and NO ONE can touch them.
Bring back corporal punishment !!!!!!!!!

Man, if my brother does something wrong, my parents ONLY blame themselves. Same with me when I was littler. He usually doesnt, but just yesterday he stole some kids wallet just for kicks and didn't even take the money out of it and gave it to some girl, who gave it to someone else and they turned it in. So he just got suspended and has to go to juvenile court over it now. My dad was really upset. Saying "oh, it's my fault I'm directly responsible, blablabla... " I keep saying hey, he's got mroe influences than just you that you can't control. It's not entirely you.
But I guess it's a privilage to have parents with morals these days. Man, when we did something wrong, we knew it. And got in trouble for it. none of this "progressive" shit, no going on Springer. Good old fashion ENFORCED grounding and a hard ass whippin. Kids need to be taught a lesson so they don't do it again. A semi-stern talking to isnt gonna keep 'em out of trouble.

yeah i know. I thought i sounded kind of harsh. But my real point was
when my child decided he/she wants to mess up, i must correct it with the best know feeling to the human being.....a whoopin. Not like im gonna beat them to death or anything but im sure you guys know when to guage what needs to be whooped and what needs to be ignored and what needs to be controlled. Telling a kid to sit still is like torture. they can't help it. But when it becomes a problem like they not getting the picture at all, its time for some discipline. Not everything needs a whoopin but they need straightening. You know. Like studying. If you don't stay on it,you will forget and give up. Sure some kids don't need discipline, but you don't know that until it is TOO late.

My dad was a bodybuilder who also enrolled in the Afghan army....he really knew how to beat the fuck outta us. LOL, it was never anything to paralize us from wakling or severe enough to leave marks...just enough pain that you'd never want to experience again.
The reason why people are so afraid to discipline their children is just because of all these "children's" rights bs. When I'm a parnt, I will discipline the same way I was...if anyone has a problem with that then too bad for them...my kids, my upbringing. You take care of yours and let me handle mine.
Fucking pussy parents these days disgust me.

I'm glad to see that so many people believe in beatings, most people I work with think that beating a child is abuse, yet their kids are the same ones killing other kids and cursing out adults. When I was younger, talking back, cursing or calling an adult by their first name was a major no-no, nowadays kids do it w/o any regard for respect.

my dad would always use the go to your room method, then later it was the, no borrowing the car and no computer...when i was younger it was the belt (only once or twice i think, i learned real quick) and my dads favourite was soap, he would take a nice new bar of lovely tasting dove/ivory soap and make you put it half in your mouth and it was awful, that alone for about 1 minute was enough to get the message

Yea I know a kid who used to be a pretty good friend of mine untill he turned into a raging cokehead scumbag. He's 21 and his g/f just booted him out of her house for dealing out of the house and being an overall piece of shit. Then his mom is like real good friends with my mom and this bitch doesn't even wanna listen. I've told her that her kid is a peice of shit alcoholic cokehead and thats why he got booted from his g/f place, he stole 1000 bucks from her a couple of weeks ago and said he got drunk and went to the casino eventhough his mom told us the withdrawls were like all 50miles away from the casino. This dumb woman thinks that her kid is this little angel or something and doesn't listen to me, my mom, or my brother who have all told her what the real deal is. I just wanna slap her in the face and be like WAKE THE FUCK UP!!!!! Peace-

a parent has the right to discipline their child in whatever means they feel necessary, if you wanna get a point across to a kid, beat his ass. For example, you can tell a kid until you're blue in the face not to touch a hot stove; the only time they'll learn is when they touch it themselves and burn their little peeters; so a kid won't learn until you use sometimes physical discipline to get the point across. But if a parent crosses the line by beating a kids butt when they're waisted, angry, or just for the hell of it, that parent needs to have their ass beat for being damn abuse, they're taking away the right that we as parents have to discipline our children the way we see fit to do so.
