noise from back bottom of engine

alright i have this problem i have a 99 GTP. Ive developed this grinding noise from the back bottom part of the engine only when the car is in drive and the wheels is spinning. The abs light comes on and the Trac off light comes on I also had some problems starting the car sometimes
ive check some of the old post on here and it sounds like the crank shaft sensor but i haven't noticed the tachometer dropping to 0
and this grinding noise is bad. i originally thought it might be a cv joint or the drive axle

maybe stuck caliper is setting off the trac control?

im having the same problem right now... except without the noise. Whenever i floor my 97 GTP i lose ABS and my traction off light comes on..... i have 103,000 miles, i dont notice a bad noise though
