damaged hood shipped.. help

anybody ever order a hood off ebay and have it get damaged shipping i refused the hood and they took it back now what i dont want to get screwed out of my hood..

You should contact UPS about it as well as the shipper so you both can work out what UPS owes you for damaging the hood.

it wasnt ups it was a freight company, the corners are all messed up, it looks like some dumbass dragged the hood for a while because both corners are all rubbed down and bent i dont really think corners can be fixed

UPS will not pay nothing! UPS sucks!!!! They always blame it on the shipper, improper packaging! I will never use UPS again in my lifetime. They damaged a set of rims and all I got was nothing but stupid comments. I can only advice to never use them for anything.I use bax global instead now, besides being fast, they are a bargain compared to UPS prices.
