I got a problem with ka24de

OK when my car is cold it runs pretty strong but with lil hesitation around 4g. But when my motor is warm my car has no power at all past 4g..I have done a complete tune-up. I do have some ticking coming from the front of the motor...i heard its normal but i don't know. Could it be timing? Or the mafs or what could it be?

strange your engine shouldn't run better when it's cold. You should let it warm up to operating temp before you try and do anything over excessive.

Since it's past 4g maybe its your 02 sensor or some kind of fuel delivery problem. Have you changed anythign recently? exhaust, intake, headers, etc...? sometimes after you modify something it's better to reset your ecu to accomodate the new settings.

well see whenever my car is warm and i chill at my friends house or something for awhile to let my motor cool down. Whenever i get into my car i drive it and i step on it and i feel more power then when it's warm. My motor is completely stock but almost very thing i bought brand new to replace, like ignition, filters and etc.... When i bought the motor i can see that someone has been inside the motor because i see orange sillicon around the timing area. But when i replaced my cap and rotor i got everything where it is suppose to be so i don't think it timing but then i did everything myself.
