engine question

could you use the connecting rods from a d16a6 whith the rest of the internals from a d15b1? If I'm right and this will work the r/s ratio would be 1.62 wich is better than 1.52 on the d16a6 and 1.59 on the d15b1.It should also lower your compression, am I right? If I'm wrong just tell me I'm just starting to learn how to build performance engines.Thank for any help.
