Has anyone ever tried to install a 2000-2001 variable capacity P11 exhaust on a P10?

Would this be similar to the one an the new Maxima? The one with a valve that opens up at some preassure point?

If so im glad there already is one for the P10, i was going to put a Maxima one on but i still have to get the measurments to see if it fits

Let me know what you find out

Well, I wanted to know if one from a 2000-2001 G20 would fit. I think that the muffler from the Maxima/I30 may be a little too big. I'll let you know ASAP on what I find.;)

Well, so far the junkyards here in San Antonio don't have any P11's:(

might wanna look for 2000+ sentra 2.0, 2000+maxima ,2000+I30 , along with looking for a newer p-11 also go check out a muffler shop maybe someone had theres hacked off for a aftermarket system ...you never know maybe while driveing by a shop look for any of the mentioned cars out front they could be getting new exasust and ditching the variable cap muffler ...just a few ideas

It would be better to just buy an aftermarket exhaust. Cheaper too, and it will sound a lot better! :alien: :bloated: :licker: :smoka: :flash: Let me know if you want one!

i was thinking about placeing a supertrapp on mine but it sounds like you got a aftermarket system to sell , what is it and how much , might be cheaper than what im considering doing with the supertrapp

True. But I just wanted to test a theory that's all. Other than OBX, what other mufflers can get?

Well, I have obx mufflers these offer the tunable silencer and have a nice deep sound. If you go to www.obxracingsports.com you can see pics of them, pic out anyone on there and I can get it for you. I have never had any complaints, and if you have any questions, feel free to ask. :alien: :bloated: :licker: :smoka: :flash:
