eibach sportline or pro kit

which one would be good for me? and whats involved after i put in these springs?

the lowering springs should be all it takes.

I've been looking into to those aswell 86, i just got that p-s-t magazine in the mail and the had that kit, but damn it's kinda pricey, they're like $300, shouldn't complain though i only wants the best for my maro.
