how much should i lower my mustang? i want to get rid of that awful gap in the wheel wells but theres a slight dip going in and out of my driveway and I don't wanna drag my exhaust around all the time. oh, and it's a daily driver that will mostly be used for drag racing.

1.75"~2" is about it. I am just past 2" and I need to raise my car, as soon as I get off my fat ass and jack the springs up.

You can drop 1.5" after that you really need to start adding suspension fixes for the drop.

Which springs are set at a 2" drop? Most springs ive seen say 1.25-1.5" drop.

I didn't say anything about 2" I just said anythign above 1.5" drop. But here are some springs that will put you in the 1.5+ drop range.

Eibach Sprotlines
Eibach Road Race
H&R Super Sport
H&R Super Race
H&R Race Spring

I'm sure there are plenty more around.

bigger tires?

only problem with that is that it starts changing the mechanical advantage by changing the torque arm on the tire, that could possibly slow him down. i know he would have less power on the ground... third class lever. i dont know how much that would affect it though

Eibach Sportline Springs lowers your vehicle 1.7" - 2.3". Here is the link:

yeah, eibach springs are pretty stiff, but they come with a million mile warranty. also steeda makes a nice set of springs, but they dont lower your car as much as the eibach's and they are kinda pricey.

Hmm Lowered looks / Performance. How about both?
