1996 blazer blinker flasher location?

could anyone tell me where to find the blinker flasher on a 1996 chevy
blazer. all lights are working properly, hazards work properly, but when i go to use the blinkers.... nothing. I checked the fuse which is fine, which leads me to the flashers. Any help would be appreciated.

there is a spring loaded "due hickie" that the glove box rests on when open. Open up the glove box and push up on it b4 the glove box rests on it, and the box will tilt all the way down and the flasher is right there in front of you

Only on 98+, on the 94-97 s10 (95-97 suv) the blinker relay is behind the knee panel just to the left of the cigarette lighter/power plugs. You will see 2 of them, it's the one on the left.
