97 electrical problem?

Anyone ever have a problem with the headlights staying ON even when the keys are out of the ignition and the switch on the rearview mirror is OFF? The starter was just replaced and the transmission was just repaired as well.

I would guess a sticky headlamp relay or a multifunction switch malfunction. Not sure what problems could have been caused by other repair work so I'd start with the above.
