What would happen if you took an NX wet kit, and instead of running a regular fuel line to it, you ran pressurized Methanol (Alcohol)? It could be like alcohol injection, and have the oxygen to make up for it, in an n/a engine. Thoughts?

Nitrouis nozzles do not atomize the alcohol well enough to be used as Alcohol injection. You want a mist, not dropletts.
If you want an alcohol injection kit,

I use the SMC dual nozzle kit, I run 95 PSI of pump pressure through two number 7 (rated as flowing 7 gallons per hour) nozzles. I want to go to a pair of 5's and run 100+ PSI. the finer the mist, the better.
