somethings wrong with my speedometer needle HELP!!!

I couldent belive my eyes when i saw this but my speedometer needle was under the needle stopper by zero and i dont know how to get it back above it. the guage still works its just that i cant go up because its under the stopper and it wants to go up but i cant get above it. Please help.

pop the clear cover lense and black bezel behind the clear lense off, and just move the needle by hand to the other side of the pin. however, if it spun all the way around and got stuck, then u'll have to take it back 360 degrees counter clockwise.

Bet it turns out the speedo head is bad.......I had this happen to me.
