Greasy carpet.. suggestions?

hey guys, my accords trunk has been greasy since i got it, its not really oily, its just that everything i put there comes off kinda brownish, n very greasy

is there any way i can get rid of this without shampooing the trunk?

are there any degreaser products that i can just spray on? thanks

wd-40 works grat on removing grase and stains on upolstry

An extractor maybe? I spilled some oil on my floor mat once, I took it out, put it in the shower and squeezed as much out as possible, soaked it in 409 carpet cleaner, put it in the shower again, squeezed as much as I could out. Hung it up and let it dry for 2 days. Then got paper towels, put them under and on top of it, and put pressure on it, to get more of the oil out. Then repeated all the steps again. Then Febreezed the hell outta it.

I'm gonna extract it when I get the chance, but as of now, it is as good as new.
