how do i remove the governer

i have a 91 accord lx 2 door ... i was racing my friend in his maxima.... and im faster but i cut off at about 115mph... and he keeps going so how do i get rid of the governer on the accord...once i do that i know he wont be able to keep up.... please help me...

ECU reprogramming. I.E. performance chip.

Or, if possible, modify the VSS signal to the computer. I guess that would do it too, but I've never heard of it.

Hmmmm. Might be something that could be done.

reprogram the ECU. or get hondata s100 or s200. You can also get a preformance but I heard those f up ur ignition

how do you reprogram the ECU?
