Well i've noticed moisture build-up around two of my injectors. They are also darker than the others. Could this be what is causing my engine to idle rough to the point where i can here the vibration through the exhaust? Are these injectors defective?

is there a rough idle, or is it missing? If you can feel the exahust pulse its probably missing. My 98 v6 started missing on cyl. 4 just last weekend. The engine light should come on eventually (it takes a while) it would throw 301, 302, 304, 305, or 306 meaning there is a missfire on either cyl. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 respectively.

i can say this for sure, when i get up to about 40-60mph the engine smooths out. It's at the lower speed that i'm experiencing the problem.

By moisture I assume you mean gas. Your injectors have a grommet and an o ring. I suspect with the age of your car that they are deteriorating and need replacement.

Have you tried using fuel system cleaners? Did you check the air filter? Also check for vacuum leaks. Usually, the idle speed would be abnormally high if there's a leak somewhere. Make sure the plugs are still good and that they're gapped right.
