'91 Sentra Classic 5 Speed Swap

I am doing a 5 speed transmission swap on my 1991 sentra classic. All is going well but I'm unsure of how to rewire the harness to except the clutch interlock switch. The inhibitor relay is present in the automatic but not the manual wiring diagrams. Does this need to be bypassed? Any info regarding this issue would be greatly appreciated.
