2 questions for anyone to help...1. I have a small leak presumably from my radiator of coolant, do the products that seal truly seal leaks in the radiator?? My 2. question is when flushing out the coolant is there anything special for the 3800 series 2 engine that I need to know when doing a complete flush?? Thank you for any insight.

#1 dont use that stop leak crap. that is just bad news. #2 find the actual leak and fix it. then flush the system

The only reason to use "stop leak" is if you out in the middle of nowhere and you get a leak.
Make sure you have the heater on.

basic rule of thumb, never pour anything into your coolant system except coolant
