to be honest, that is a question for a music site, moreso than a car-site.
However, there is a lot of "boom" music around, I suggest some early Led Zeppelin, their first or second album, if ya can burn specific cuts. Try to hook up to Kazaa Lite++, PTP file-share, and chack that out.

Been a whle since I've done anything with boom... but around 8yrs ago I used "Techmaster P.E.B" cd's for contests and IASCA events. really liked some of their stuff. There were a few others that were good to, but none that really hit like Techmaster "digital bass computer" was the cd I think I used.... hunt around in the Techno section at your local music store and you'll see a bunch.
My brother had a CD that was specifically for tuning... had a section that went through all the different frequencies for a little bit. From high to low... really let you know where your system was and allowed you to pick your music accordingly. Bass Mechanic was the name I think....

to tell you the truth, alot of music you download or buy they tweak the cds on rock and etc.. so they have less bass they lower the frequency and on kazza or any prog you use for downloading music the quality of music gets distorted and ruined as it is copyed from cd or whatever if you want to get the most out of your system i suggest , getting an equalizer for your streo there easy to hook up, your cd player prolly has one but it only works to the max of what the cd player puts out and the amplifier amps it but just amps the cd player signal or if you have the time you can take your mp3s or wma which ever your cd player plays and tweak the song file to make stronger bass then when it is played on your cd player the lower signal frequencys are higher and it is amplified again by the cd player and amp = more bass
hope this helps not all people have the time to tweak songs its a pain somtiems advice is to fine the high quality music to download, alot of rock songs dont have alot of bass unless your into the hard metal,
