Need locking wire wheel cover key

Does anyone know where I can pick up a key or have one fabricated for removing the locking wire wheel covers on a '76 Coupe DeVille? They are the original stock covers. I recently purchased the car, and the key was not included with the car. The car is in excellent condition, and I don't want to damage anything trying to get them removed.
