1975 RR questions

I just inherited a 1975 Rolls Royce. The original sales slip from my Dad says it is a Silver Wrath. Looking online I see they were not made in 1975, is that correct? The VIN is LRD 21991.

Now for the silly question.... how do I open the hood? I looked everywhere for a latch of some sort. I can not believe I can't figure this out!!!!

I have heard on some models that only the dealer can open the hood.
But there is a latch for checking oil.Thats what i read a while back.Not sure with your model though but it was older models that this was about.
