1988 fORD Ford 5 Speed gas line

My Husband has a 1988 Ford F150 that has dual tanks, we changed the fuel pumps new converter, bleed the lines , replaced the O2 senser, and still no power, is there a fuse for the feul area, that would not be with the other, PLEASE HELP SPENDING WAY TO MUCH!!!!!!!
