Overheating

i have a 98 eclipse rs-turbo i'm having the problem with it overheating where my overflow bottle is getting full and its coming out the cap also sometimes when it gets hot it comes out of the top by the thermostat cap. When i start it and stuff it feels like the fluid is running through the hoses any suggestions?

Also it doesn't overheat all the time it's usually when im sitting idle for more than liek 10 minutes or when i go for a long ride than idle at a light.

Mine GST was overheating, turns out my waterpump was leaking, check that, other then that I dont have a clue.
