95 Trooper 3.2 V6 5-speed 110,000 4WD

Oil Pressure is usually around 55 on the guage in the dash for in-town driving. Is this normal or high?

I'm told I need a new timing belt, water pump, belt tensor. Does this affect oil pressure?
