2002 neon problem NEED HELP

Ok.... i just joined... but, i need help with my 2000 neon. I just bought it and the lights in the dash keep blinkin on and off for some reason. When u start it all the lights just dim and blink. If it helps, there is AC, power windows, and power locks in it. I was wondering if anyone knew how many grounds there were because I found 3 under the hood and took the rust off them and everything. Or if there there is anything else anyone thinks i should try, it would be greatly appriciated.

All I can think of is a faulty light switch. Maybe the connection is loose and as the car shakes it turns them on and off. They are cheap iv already had to replace mine.
