tokico blues or tokico premium?

i found a deal for my 91 crx si. here is the deal: neuspeed springs w/tokico blues or tokico premium shocks for $430.00 shipped. i am getting the neuspeed sport springs but am not sure what shocks i should get. does any have any experience with tokico and can recommend one.

ive been researching this on several diff forums and peeps say tokico are not that great and tend to wear out fast. they say koni are alot better and if you want adjustable than koni yellows are the best(im not sure why they are better than kyb adjustable but they say kyb are pretty good) so im going to go with kyb adjustables bc they are 150 cheaper.
