88 Regal

Well, my 88 kept dieing so i took the ignition control module in and had it checked at the local auto zone.It tested bad so I bought a new one and plugs and wires.$120.00.Changed it all, got in and it died just like before.Took it to the best mechanic in town and he ran full diagnostics on it for 4 hours-everything passed.Good fuel pressure,computer is good etc etc.So now he says one bank of injectors shows less resistance than the other so this COULD be making the computer shut down.BUT...it will cost me another $100.00 on top of the $75.00 i already owe him for the diagnostic.Does this fuel injector resistance idea make any sense?if its injectors he said im looking at over $100.00 EACH injector.Anyone got any other ideas besides the junk yard?
