changing trannies

wassup ya'll I have a 2001 eclipse and looking to upgrade the tranny, but unfortunately its auto, and I'd pref a manual, so does anyone have a few suggestions about what I should do to change it over to manual, and how hard it would be?

well put it this way, your getting all new interior if you decide to do that...my friend put about 25,000 into a mustang and switched over from auto to manual, the dash was in his garage for 3 weeks

junk yard. and it'll prolly take a whole weekend. if not longer. but you'll be suprised how much abuse/power that auto can take.

Its not worth the customizing. For the price that you put into your car for the tranny swap, You could of bought a 2G GSX, or turbo your car.
